Double swing arm wall lamp with 3-way switch

Solid brass. 3 1/2" wide x 4 1/2" tall x 1/2" deep backplate. Faux ivory knob controls a 3-way socket in cup.
UL listed for dry location mounting.

G - Gem box mounting (vertically installed 2" x 3" gem box)
W - Wall mounting (no gem box - supplied with electrical cord and two prong polarized plug)
Option with "W" mounting: a 36 1/4" long x 3/8" square cord cover in a matching finish. Please specify part # HL6101.
