Single swing arm wall lamp with dimmer

Solid brass. 3 1/2" wide x 4 1/2" tall x 5/8" deep backplate. Metal turn knob controls a dimmer socket in cup.
UL listed for dry location mounting.

G - Gem box mounting vertically installed 2" x 3" gem box).
W - Wall mounting (no gem box - supplied with electrical cord and two prong polarized plug)
Option with "W" mounting: a 36 1/4" long x 3/8" square cord cover in a matching finish. Please specify part # HL6101.
